Using phenolic resin as bonding which obtains high solid content and high carbon residue.After forming and shaping, process pitch impregnation according to using conditions.

Adopting tabular alumina, white fused alumina, sintered spinel, flake graphite, antioxidants and phenolic resin to produce the upper nozzle, which has the advantages of thermal shock resistance stability. good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, fit for all kinds of ladle.
